Pricing plans
We offer a number of residential moving services.
The date of your move can influence the rates. To find out more, please call us.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
- Look at the bottom of the page for regular (OFF-SEASON) rates for a local move: July 15 to June 14.
- +20 per hour for each additional mover
- Please note that the price depends on the moving date and the floor to which you are moving.
- Cancellation at no extra charge 1 week before your move
Cancellation after 1 week is calculated as 1 hour’s work - For all bookings between June 14 and July 5, a deposit will be required depending on the move-in date.
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer. - Charges for heavy or special items
Additional charges in the event of NON-payment.
If a customer is required to pay an amount and fails to do so within the statutory period, he or she is liable to a penalty.
The rate of this penalty depends on the length of the delay. The rate is
10% per month of the amount due, if the delay does not exceed 7 days;
15% per month of the amount due, if the delay exceeds 7 days, but does not exceed 14 days;
20% per month of the amount due, if the delay exceeds 14 days.
To ensure total transparency, it’s important for us to remember that our company operates on a for-profit model, while taking care to ensure the well-being of our team. For this reason, our movers are authorized to :
Terminate all services if customers refuse to sign the removal contract, which specifies working hours and agreed terms;
Avoid collaborating with customers who adopt a disrespectful attitude or explicitly show superiority towards our staff;
Refuse to work in unhygienic or unsanitary environments;
Cancel any mission likely to represent a danger to the safety or health of our movers, or to the integrity of our trucks.
